Dawn has over thirty years of experience in public accounting working with small and medium-sized companies in a variety of industries. She founded Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. in 2000 and leads the firm with a goal of excellent personal service for each client. Dawn began her career working at the Internal Revenue Service. Dawn is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Jerri Brodeur, CPA
Jerri has worked in public accounting since 1982. She has been with the firm since 2002. She provides tax and accounting services to closely held small businesses in a variety of industries including professional and personal services, real estate and construction. Jerri loves cats and basketball, and is the mother of two sons.

Joanne Blanchette, Client Services Manager
Joanne has been a client services and office manager for Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. since 2009. Joanne is a notary public who can provide this valuable service to clients.
Joanne ran her first half marathon in October 2015 in the Bay State Half Marathon. Her favorite things to do are working out and spending time with family and friends, above all, her two adult children and her dog.

Paula Jean, Billing Manager
Paula joined Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. in 2012. Previously she was a legal secretary. She is great with client service and handles the firm's billing. Paula is a valuable member of our team. Paula's favorite thing to do in the firm is make people laugh - which she does often and quite well! Paula is married with two adult children and two dogs.

Lynne has worked with Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. since 2011. She provides write-up and payroll services to clients. Previously she worked for over 20 years as a para-professional and bookkeeper for a law firm.
She is a specialist in retail, mechanics, and personal service clients. Lynne is a notary public who can provide this signatory service to clients.

Paula joined Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. in 2018. She has over 10 years of experience of financial services, working with all aspects of payroll process and personal and corporate taxes. She provides write-up and payroll services to our clients.
Paula's favorite things to do are running, working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends, above all, her two children.

She is currently committed to her pursuit of her CPA license.

Greg Sylvain, Accountant
Greg joined Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. in 2022. Greg worked five years at the New Hampshire Department of Revenue as a Tax Filed Auditor, conducting audits involving New Hampshire Business taxes, Interest and Dividends and Meals and Rooms taxes. He then spent the last two years working in public accounting.

Jennifer Scionti
Jennifer has worked in accounting since 1995. This includes public accounting, corporate accounting, bookkeeping for small businesses and preparing personal tax returns. She joined Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. in 2020. Jennifer enjoys meeting new clients and helping with their specific accounting needs. Outside of work she is an avid HGTV watcher and marching band supporter for her two sons, one in high school and one in college.

Leslie St. Jean
Leslie merged her tax clients and officially joined the firm in 2020, but has assisted Dawn’s clients with bookkeeping over the past 20 years. Leslie began her career in public accounting and moved to the position of Financial Accounting Supervisor for a Fortune 100 company. In 2000, she branched out on her own and established Leslie A. St. Jean Accounting and Tax Services in central MA. She specializes in bookkeeping for small to medium sized businesses across many industries as well as individual tax returns. Leslie is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Leslie has volunteered for various organizations related to Autism and other disabilities over the last 20 years. Leslie is currently an “Ambassador” for The Crossroads Continuum Organization. In this role, she will meet with legislators to advocate for individuals with autism.
Zoila Shariff, Accountant
Zoila has worked in both public and private accounting since 1998. She joined Dawn M. Kay CPA, P.C. in 2023. Zoila enjoys working in this field. Outside of work she enjoys hiking and traveling. She raised 4 college graduates and adopted her youngest son.
